Please note, however, that our products can only be shipped to addresses within Australia.
Returns
All IvoNature products undergo rigorous quality assurance and scientific testing in accordance with applicable Australian regulations. Each item is dispatched from our warehouse in perfect condition. Therefore, once an order is placed through this website, responsibility for the products rests with the recipient.
Due to our strict quality assurance standards, refunds will not be issued for purchases made via this website. However, products may be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:
- Damaged in transit: While we take great care in packaging and shipping, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at ivondi@ivonature.com for assessment and resolution. To facilitate a swift process, you may be asked to provide photographs of the item and its packaging.
- Incorrectly shipped: If you receive an item different from what was ordered, please reach out to us for support.
- Faulty product: If a product is defective, we will arrange for its return, assessment, exchange, repair, or refund. Please contact ivondi@ivonature.com to initiate the process. In certain cases, return shipping fees may apply.
For health and safety reasons, all products are sold on a "No Return Basis", meaning refunds or exchanges will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in a resalable condition
